Team -Strength Training and Conditioning (email for information)

This service is offered for rowing teams of all levels of experience. It provides a professionally designed strength and conditioning program for your school or club team. These programs are individually designed for your program and are seamlessly integrated into your current on the water or ergometer training programs. My strength and conditioning programs are designed to be both time efficient and highly effective, which will help your crews reach a peak performance on race day. Multiple factors are considered with my program design including but not limited to; team athletic experience, results from individual structural evaluations*, facility layout and current strength training equipment, weekly time allotment for strength training, budget, racing schedule, as well as short and long term coaching goals.

*Additional services offered include an individual structural evaluation on targeted athletes in your rowing program. Following the structural evaluation, each athlete will be given corrective exercises to implement as part of the strength and conditioning program.  See below.

Team – Structural Evaluations: (email for information)

Injuries can change the entire outcome of your racing season!  Wouldn’t it  be nice to have each of your athletes individually evaluated to help identify their flexibility and strength imbalances.  The Coach Kaehler structural evaluation process has been used on hundreds of rowers both injured and non-injured with great results.  After the evaluation each athlete receives their own corrective exercise program based on their individual limitations in their strength and flexibility.  These corrective exercise programs will help reduce injury risk as well as correct current injury complaints,  they will also increase your athletes’ overall strength.

Coach Kaehler will gladly come to your facility and evaluate your team. There is never a better time than now!   These evaluations and corrective exercises are effective at any point of the training cycle.
