Hi Coach Kaehler -
I'm an Old Glroy teammate and i am currently coaching near Zürich in Switzerland. I am interested in your coaching tools and experience. I came to to the coaching world as an athlete who did almost everything on gut feeling, without a coach, training plans, and without formal sports education. I am competent to do my job here, especially with unmotivated juniors who don't show up for practice, but for those who actually train I would like to build my foundation of coaching knowledge. Do you have any specific recommendations eihter through your site, or in general (Online, Books, Seminars)? A quick note would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dave
