iCal Import
Start:
December 14, 2013

Do you want to be able to do what you want to do when you want to do it and not have a worry that you might suffer an injury?

The Body Balance Evaluation process will give you a personal map which sets a perfect course to guide you on achieving your training success.  This full day session in Cambridge is already sold out, but it will teach six athletes, broken down into two groups of three, how to change their training lives forever.

This process empowers each athlete by uncovering whole body strength and flexibility deficits and then each athlete learns a unique system on how to correct each of them by using my revolutionary body balance training system.  This system does not you to train all day in fact just 20 to 30 minutes three to five times per week will do for most expect for flexibility exercises which must be done every day until they are corrected back to normal.

Over 1,800 athletes have already discovered this life changing process which will empowers the user to be in complete control of their strength and flexibility, and forever be in control of their training destiny as long as they keep up this powerful work.

I will gladly come to your location if there is enough interest at your club or facility, or you can always come to me.  Email me NOW (contact page) if you would like to learn more about this life changing process.

Don’t  take it from me!

I’m 49 years old. I did Rob’s body balance clinic and 12 week erg program and medaled at 2012 CRASH – B. The erg program is demanding and it works. The medal is all the proof you need. The body balance is huge. Low back pain is gone. When it comes to things like surfing, skiing and cycling, I feel like a kid again. Those are real results. Rob said it would change my life and he was right. Biggest plus, I’m having a lot more fun! Thanks Rob.
