Goals of this clinic are to help coaches and athletes to better understand what ideal rowing mechanics are, and how they relate to improving rowing posture. Participants will learn unique tips and tricks that when implemented will begin to correct postural deficits and improve rowing power while simultaneously reducing injury risk.

This clinic is ideal for rowing coaches and athletes, CrossFit coaches and athletes, and any medical or fitness professionals who work with rowers.

Bob Kaehler will be the clinic instructor who is a three-time Olympian and four-time world champion rower, and has practiced physical therapy since 1991 (same year he made his 1st senior national team), was certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) in 1997. He has coached more than 1,800+ rowers and helped them eliminate chronic training related pain, go faster, or both. His clients include many Division 1, 2, and 3 rowers, high school and master’s athletes, National Team Rowers, and NFL players. The goal is teach them how to stay pain-free by correcting movement errors which not only eliminate injuries but simultaneously increases overall physical performance.

This is a hands-on clinic, be prepared to exercise and be coached, therefore space is limited to the first eight (8) participants. The clinic fee is $49 and must be paid prior to the clinic. If interested please email me and I will forward a PayPal invoice for the fee. You can cancel up until January 8th and get a full refund. Cancellations after January 8th will only receive reimbursement if that slot can be filled[RK1] .
