Eight Week Program – Sample


This eight (8) week program is designed to help athletes with advanced lifting skills or those with little or no strength training experience gain a better understanding of basic positions necessary for proper and safe strength and conditioning for rowing. The exercise skills are added weekly in a specific order which will assist with efficient and proper skill development.  Ideal for those returning to lifting as well as for novice and intermediate lifters.
