Shipping & Handling:
Products purchased through the merchant account are in a down loadable format. Once you make your purchase a link will be sent to the email address provided. This link can only be used one time so please make sure to store this file in a location you are familiar with on your hard drive. For customers purchasing items to be shipped you will use the PayPal link and your items will be shipped USPS within 48 hours of your purchase. In an event that the item is not in stock or back ordered you will receive a refund on your purchase through PayPal. We do not ship items over the weekend. Please provide us with the best shipping address if different than your billing address.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Coach Kaehler within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Coach Kaehler will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Cancellations:
Orders must be cancelled at least 2 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.

We wish to assure you that when you register on this web site, the personal information you enter is secure, and is utilized inhouse for order processing, but may include some private electronic and regular mailings to you, our customers.
